Juvenile delinquency in the context of modern challenges

Abstract
The trends in the development of juvenile delinquency in the context of modern challenges caused by the global informatization of public relations that is currently taking place are considered. It is noted that the problems of studying juvenile delinquency do not lose their relevance due to the fact that this category of criminals deserves special attention from state and public bodies, because is a natural reserve for the country’s development. It has been established that the category of persons under eighteen years of age is one of the vulnerable categories of the population due to age and psychophysiological characteristics; it is most susceptible to negative influence from older persons, as well as the influence of the information field.
