The criminal legal significance of a change in the situation that caused the loss of public danger

Abstract
The article considers the criminal legal significance of a change in the situation, the result of which is the loss of the public danger of the crime or the person who committed it. It is concluded that such a situation is permissible at any stage of criminal prosecution, and therefore it is proposed to reflect this circumstance in the criminal law.
