The rules of article 799 of the Civil Code Russian Federation, dedicated to the contracts of organizing the work for cargo carriage securing (COWCCS), and also connected with it rules of transport legislation are under consideration. Two questions – the COWCCS-phenomenon and peculiarities of their conclusion – are under comprehending and commenting. The main part of the investigation consists of four sections: 1) COWCCS and mixed transportation service; 2) about transshipment, junction agreements, contracts for centralized cargoʼs supplying (removing); 3) comparison the COWCCS with other contracts; 4) about the connection article 799 CC RF with carriage cargo and other property. The inference that the COWCCS are concluded by transport organizations of various transport kinds during their interaction in the frames of realizing mixed transportation service (straight and nonstraight) is made. The comparison the COWCCS with agreements about organizing of straight mixed transportation service is fulfilled. The question about transshipment (cargo transference operation between transport organizations during cargo transportation) and connected with it the question about the fate above-mentioned in the article 799 CC RF junction agreements and contracts for centralized cargoʼs supplying (removing) is being under examination. As a result of comparison the COWCCS with other contracts (about organizing the transportation, preliminary, constituent, simple partnership) the inference that the COWCCS is frame organizing contract is made. The possibility of spreading rule of the part 1 article 799 CC RF for the contracts of organizing the work for cargo and other property (luggage, cargo-luggage, mail, empty goods wagons) carriage securing is grounded. Examples mainly connected with sea, river and railway transport organizationsʼ activity are being brought to illustrate inferences.
