Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework and departmental practice, the key difficulties of the digital transformation of the bodies and organizations of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation have been identified. The main technical problems have been identified: low network bandwidth, data duplication, dependence on foreign solutions, lack of unified data standards to ensure system compatibility. Organizational and legal difficulties are noted: legal restrictions that prevent full-fledged data exchange within the framework of interdepartmental electronic interaction, duplication of reporting, manual data entry, lack of a unified big data analysis system, and preservation of paper document flow between departments. Specific solutions have been proposed, such as improving the legal regulation of interdepartmental electronic interaction, introducing artificial intelligence to automate analytics, using blockchain technology to increase transparency, as well as improving the design development of the Electronic Prosecutor's Office and integrating neural network models for analytical decision support. It is assumed that the implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office in the context of digitalization
