The second part of the article continues the comprehensive study of the legal, organizational and tactical foundations for the protection of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The article substantiates the position that encroachment on the life, health, honor, dignity, business reputation, personal data and official information of a police officer is not a private conflict, but a form of influence on the mechanism of public power. Based on the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the departmental analytical review of the State Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for 2025, statistics and examples of Russian judicial practice, it is shown that the current model of protection is fragmented: criminal law mechanisms are much better developed than civil, digital and institutional protection against defamation. Special attention is paid to the subjects of protection within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, criminological and criminalistic characteristics of threat carriers, the problem of shortage of personnel, as well as the foreign experience of the USA, Great Britain, France and Israel. In conclusion, specific proposals of a legal, organizational and tactical nature are formulated.
