Improvement and systematization of regional regulatory legal acts: the digital aspect

Author(s)
Khertuev Roman Yurievich
Abstract
The article identifies a problem of legal and technological decline in regional lawmaking. Often, the function of a lawmaking body of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation is reduced to a “technical” execution – namely, the adjustment of regional normative legal acts in accordance with changes in federal law. To eliminate human error and optimize the activities of the lawmaking body, the article proposes the implementation of digital assistants. The article also concludes that it is necessary to create a state resource containing the official texts of normative legal acts in their current versions, i.e., incorporating all amendments and additions.
