Ermachenko Svetlana Viktorovna

Based on scientific literature, analysis of the practical activities of the prosecutor's offices of the Russian Federation, and judicial practice, the article examines the implementation of the prosecutor's offices' activities to ensure national security in the context of legal relations regulating the country's defense, economic and environmental security, the preservation of the Russian people, and the protection of spiritual and moral values. The focus is primarily on the comprehensiveness of the prosecutor's office's activities in this area. It is concluded that the activities of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation in ensuring national security should be regulated by a single departmental legal act, namely, an order issued by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
